Unable reading some files on macOS

Some critical files, like apt.dat and the default profile, can not be opened by StableApproach on macOS.

Loading airport data seems to be working fine with 1.3.0 or above. Loading default profile is still not working, so for now only aircraft from this list are working fine: https://github.com/Clamb94/StableApproach/wiki/Aircraft-profiles
