Statetracker For Server Utilization

Hi there -

Really enjoying working with this package! One of the use cases I'm interested in is understanding if a server schedule at a given node could be improved / optimized at different points in the simulation timeframe. Essentially, I'm looking for a StateTracker that can provide server utilization rather than customer population counts, is this possible to achieve with a custom StateTracker class? Or by some other means?
