Nullref on EconomyResourceHandler whilst downloading save game

Issue experienced by Mads#3026

Describe the bug Not loading the save game. After inspecting the log file it seems to be related to a null ref in the economyresourcehandler handle function.

Active DLCs none

Active mods only this mod

Versions Type /version into the in-game chat and paste the version numbers here:

Mod version: 2012.84.0.0
Game version: 1.13.1.f1
