Getting Error - An error has occurred: {"code":"ECONNRESET"}

Hello,

I have downloaded the files, installed node.js and its dependencies. I am getting this error An error has occurred: {"code":"ECONNRESET"} when accessing the next step and navigating to http://localhost:8080/callback.html.

Any thoughts or ideas?
