Priority Encoder Circuit is incorrect

The Priority Encoder Circuit is not working fine. It throws Contention Error on changing inputs.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Decoders and Plexers'
2. Scroll down to 'Priority Encoder'
3. Check the circuit by changing the input values.
4. See error

Expected behavior
