Add beep sounds when time is up

Hello, I'm a BJMUNer and I noticed that the Dais need to knock the microphone when there's 1/3 of time (30 seconds for 120 seconds speech) left or time's up. And many of times they forgot that. How about adding a new feature, for example, add a <audio></audio>, to prevent that from happening? Thank you.

Quick patch:

Thanks for your report. This has been a long-awaited feature, so I'll try to make it happen as soon as I have some free time. As I have been busy with my study, this project have been inactive for a long time, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Regarding that all timers/lists are designed to work in parallel, and the projector window is separate from the controller window, I assume the timer/list that is being projected can ring a bell.
