not picking video code or audio

I been trying to get the stream to work it seem like when i use edge it works but the sound is off. I also try other web browser, but they don't seem to work could it be its not picking the video code or audio. I also trying to get it to work on the android TV and I think it just not picking the right code. Are there a way to force it to pick the codec? At the bottom you can see part of the link from the URL address there is no codec picked.
