I yolod the Windows 11 upgrade from Windows 10 and it just worked. I have not yet tried a clean install yet.

SEDutil usually works in dual boot environments. You might have to modify the UEFI boot order, as described here: https://github.com/ChubbyAnt/sedutil/issues/23 You might not need to modify the UEFI boot order.
This is verbose logging and is normal.
This repo is untested under Linux.

This issue has been fixed as of release v0.8.13.
