sometimes nothing happens after i click "get table"

hi, on many occasions and installations i have encountered a problem i put the extension on the sheet , select my table, press "Get table" and nothing happens. it just sits there not turning into a table object im not sure but it seems it happens with table with many fields (above 20) but not always. any ideas? another thin that happens is that after i click "get table" the extension disappears totally and does not turn into a table object
