Documentation: Need to list what Windows version and edition it support

I can't find anywhere in the online documents and in the script GUI version that tells you which Windows version and edition it support.

Describe the solution you'd like

List which Windows version and edition that it support in the following place:

1. Add a support section in the web page: https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/winutil
2. Add a support section in the web page: https://christitustech.github.io/winutil/userguide
3. Add menu item called Support Windows Version above About in the Menu: Import, Export, Support Windows Version, About, Sponsors
