winutil ISO downloadfunction won't work in Europe (for 24H2 at least)

Describe the bug

Not a winutil bug, but people might come here looking for the cause of being unable to download 24H2 English International from Europe. Probably because Recall is not allowed here.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to MicroWin
Click on 'Get newest ISO automatically'
Select 'English International'
Click 'Get Windows ISO'

Expected behavior

Download and process the selected ISO

Unable to download 24H2 English International from Morocco.

Well. This is probably because of ISP issues. Since I also encountering this problem. Probably have to deal with your ISP. But we're trying to add uupdump option that makes Download available.

For me UUP Dump iso make cyclical reinstallation of updates CU and always have erros, I check every version from 26100.1742. UUP make something wrong with new update system. Check it before add UUP Dump

@RedNax67, the issue comes from Microsoft's service. The country you may live in may be banned from the software download service Microsoft offers. Read more info here
