winutil Windows Firewall related tweaks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not a problem, just an annoyance.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to have a pair of options in the tweaks section: one to disable Windows Firewall, and a second to kill the notification nags shown below.

Describe alternatives you've considered It can be done manually, but having it as part of this package would be incredible.

Oh, for sure, but several of the ones I do manually are already part of this utility. It would be nice to remove the manual aspects of machine standup almost entirely by adding it to this suite, especially since there's already a robust category of tweaks included.

I'm applying a ton of reg tweaks after a fresh installation. That's why I'm asking.

You can build in the firewall reg thing in the unattended.xml
