Recommend disabling hibernation???

If you disabling hibernation you will disable fast start which is the most essential feature for a modern windows? Are you sure you are recommending the right thing?

I prefer fast startup off because. I will not truly power down your laptop. Your CPU will still show uptime for hours to days. This feature also causes issue with display driver and other driver as you need to fully shutdown then restart to implement those driver changes but with fast startup you are not completely turning it off.
