bashrc permission denied - Ubuntu 24.04

.bashrc permission denied - Ubuntu 24.04 , worked on my desktop but getting error when installing on laptop. setup seems to complete fine

Ok i fixed it, the .config/fastfetch directory was root:root and set to 755. so it was blocking the script
