Personalize settings filename

Dear Christophe,

Imagine there is a folder Tools with a lot of CLI tools (e.g. Curl, FFmpeg, Pandoc, etc) which is added to PATH to facilitate launching those apps from any folder.

Now, we add Openmaff to that choir and it creates settings.ini on launch.

In a few days we’ll forget which app did it, we’ll forget to copy that asset when the circumstances so require.

Consider renaming it to openmaff.ini, please.

Hello Aleksandr Sorry for the late answer, I don't know why I'm not notified by Github. Your idea is excellent, I note it for the next version. I think I'm going to make OpenMAFF rename the old file automatically. Thank you
