Taskbar not showing up

While having the option to hide taskbar when unfocused (windows settings) the taskbar doesn't show up when hovering with mouse and need to alt tab to select the window

Same thing here, even without it set to automatically hide taskbar

Same here. Oddly enough, hovering over the clock/system tray area works fine.
