Weird behavior with 2 monitors on extend

The "ignoremax" option doesn't work, the taskbar stays the same most of the time (it usually doesn't turn into a dock). Also, the "blur" and "sticky" options sometimes work, but the "blur" option flickers a lot when it works. I can't find a particular reason why all of these features work only "sometimes".

I don't know if it's important, but one of my monitors is set to "Portrait" in Windows.
