[BUG] Win+1..9 keys not working

How to reproduce

Launch the TaskbarXI, then press Win+1...9.

Current behavior

Nothing happens after pressing any key shortcut

Expected behavior

Pressing the Win+1 should open the first app pinned on your taskbar. In my case it should open Windows Terminal:

same issue, if i stop app from the configurator then also not work, if you restart explorer then it start working, somehow its seems to broken. like the cutting off edges of action center when using dropfour rainmeter. Microsoft deliberately creating this bumps!
