The segment option does not work on the taskbar of a second monitor

Describe the bug Tasbark Segments works only on first screen and does not work on second monitor.

To Reproduce

1. Windows taskbar on auto-hide mode
2. Go to 'TaskbarX Configurator'
3. Click on 'Taskbar Segments checkbox'
4. Try to click through the taskbar space on second monitor
5. Unable to click through taskbar space when it show up on second monitor

Expected behavior Segments option should works exactly the same on the two screen.
