Describe the bug TaskbarX cuts off a portion of taskbar icons after PC wakes from sleep.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Let TaskbarX run when using PC
Put PC to sleep
Switch on PC

Expected behavior Icons to be off full size

For me this only happens when a monitor is disconnected and reconnected

I have a similar issue but it occurs when transitioning from single to dual monitor. Half the taskbar disappears. Restarting TaskbarX mitigates it. Happens every time.
