TaskbarX Not Working

Describe the bug My TaskbarX was working fine until just today it stopped applying the affects completely. I usually apply the transparent affect. I tried uninstalling and installing again a few times but it still doesn't work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to TaskbarX config.
  2. Apply desired affect

Expected behavior I expect the desired affect be applied but it stopped working out of nowhere

I have this issue as well after the new Windows update. Probably a duplicate of #1042
