Call screen options not visible when receiving a call

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Ask someone to call you
2. Answer the call
3. You will see only the call end button but other options like dialpad & speakerphone will not be visible.
4. You can still click them but they are very dim. You need to increase the brightness to 100% to see them.

Actual behaviour

Call screen options are barely visible when receiving a call. This issue does not occur when making a call.

Expected behavior

Call screen options should be visible while receiving a call.

Same here. Kind of like the icon theming changes but doesn't happen all the time either. I've found it happens more often when receiving a call when the phone is locked than when you receive one while using.
