Show "My info" as first contact or something like OnePlus Dialer as if we have filled info for it, like my name, photo etc

Random images for contacts which don't have picture would also look fantastic but it does require a lot of work, doesn't it?
Yeah at first i did something similar but found the current design easier and looks cleaner

Could you maybe bring back and make it disabled by default, so user may go for it or not
