Change order

Hi, it would be awesome if we will be able to change the order of selected options in multi select box. For instance, we can use this library: https://sortablejs.github.io/Sortable/

This would be awesome, especially if the ordinal value was exposed/available in addition to the option value.

This should be a core functionality. I don't think it would much code and it's super useful.
