WebRTC Streaming Support

Describe the problem to be solved

Since OBS Studio Version 30.0.1, the ability to stream directly through WebRTC (WHIP - WHEP) has been added, I would love to know if PeerTube will have plans to add support for WebRTC Streaming since WebRTC is the future of livestreaming.

Describe the solution you would like

For this to work, PeerTube would need a Bearer Token, PeerTube already has a server URL.
