[1.16.5] Auto Chisel does not seem to work

the auto chisel block doesn't seem to work, TOP does not show any RF and putting in any items seems to not work. also missing a lang entry it seems.

I'm having similar issues on Cave Factory, at first it responded to right clicks, but randomly stopped, not sure why. In a creative world it will respond, but in backups of the original world from before crafting it for the first time start off with it not working.
