Is it possible to open gamemode on only 1 display and leave desktop mode open on another display?

I have 2 monitors, 1 connected to the front of an armchair to play with the controller, and another monitor on a table to use photoshop, blender and other work things, I would like to put the gamemode only in HDMI and the DisplayPort only in desktop mode, is it possible ?
