HDMI audio out crackling/snapping/ticking bug

HDMI out to my television causes relatively loud snapping sound in my speakers periodically. I'd say once every few minutes, sometimes more or less often.

Notes:

• I'm on the most recent update.
• It doesn't occur on other devices using this cable/port/tv
• It happens during all games.
• I haven't experienced it in desktop mode
• It happens very frequently in game mode

System specs:

• GPU: Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB
• Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550I AORUS PRO AX
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

not sure if its the same. i am on bazzite os and have similar audio issue with that distro. a solution for my kde bazzite os using pulseaudo and wireplummer. https://github.com/davidteosk/LeGO_123
