why hindi language audio transcribe is time consuming and english is getting instant output

@ChetanXpro is there any way to improve this time consuming process for hindi language audio transcription ? and sometime line are repeated or words not displaying and music time/blank/silent audio it getting next line lyrics instead of music and there duration how to solve this problem.
