Character Issues

Hello! I am very new to Nutscript and do need some help as its not answered in the tutorial I found. So I have two problems. The first is, that I can not change the models you can choose when you create a character. I have found a list of models that were located in the sh_faction folder, and tried to change them. Though it still shows up the normal citizen models when I try to create a character. The second Issue is, that when I click on the faction I made, it say (Name of Faction)-tip. I don't know how to get that tip away. Thanks for your help!

Edit: Also, I have looked through both, the gamemode folder and Nutscript folder to try and find the list of models to replace them, but I cannot find them.
