Create new static

Click the "Create new static" link in the theme options doesn't seem to do anything.

To be honest, I was confused about the whole static areas section. I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do with all that.

Realize this is over a year ago but I now like the static area feature. It doesn't seem like the Cherry team, however, is very active with closing some of these opened issues. Wondering if you're -- @justintadlock -- using Cherry on any projects now?
