Fees = 0.999 by default, is that normal ?

Hello. I've seen in the code that the fees are defined to 0.999 by default. This might be a security that you have coded by default. For Binance, I guess we should define it to 0.1, shouldn' we ? Thank you.

Which section can I edit it and also, how can I implement minimum amount that I will use to trade?
