poor deflicker result

Open mycomedico opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

I am testing this on a video, which has color flicker. The video clip was originally black and white but then colorized using the DD colorization model. An artifact of the colorization process was a lot of color flicker. Using the All-In-One_Deflicker pretrained model produced poor results. The image quality was significantly degraded and still there was some remaining flicker and poor colors. I am attaching here a before and after mp4 files.

Apologies.

I believe that is because there are different scenes in a single video.

You need to split them to different videos and generate process them one by one.

I also encountered poor results while testing a drone motion scenario, where the edges of the frame darken and the color saturation decreases. Could this be related to camera movement? Will you consider addressing issues related to motion scenarios in your future work?
