Hey @vishakha868 you are keeping a request to your forked repo, that is why it's showing ineligible repo.

You need to keep pull request to my repo!

To resolve the issue, go to the forked repo and box(where your files will be displayed) you will find a box showing pull request, press on that it will redirect you to the pull request page!

There is also one more way to resolve this @vishakha868 go to vishakha868/HTML repo and add the hacktoberfest in topics section, and then you can refresh page!
