fix bug #1423

the original reason of bug #1423 I can find is that the delete icon is out of the right side 20px of the chat item, but somehow the @hello-pangea/dnd includes the delete icon to calculate the width of draggable element. my solution to it is to move the initial location of icon to be inside of the draggable item by setting right: 0; I know this fix is not very much graceful, so I am open to any better ideas, solutions.
