Java-OCA-OCPP Latest release publication in Maven Central

I see that there is a new 1.2 release of OCCP-J but I cannot find it in Maven Central. Is it possible to please publish them, even if the project is not being actively worked on?

Luckily, the project has been actively worked on for the last weeks, and a 2.0 release is ready.

@TVolden is looking into publishing it on maven.

A quick status. The POM files were in bad shape, luckily LLMs have made it easier to fix semi-broken configuration files. I have made all the modules into child projects and updated the maven deploy plugin. I have successfully deployed it, now we have to wait for the repository to accept it.

For my needs (OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1), these lines in build.gradle download the required artifacts:

    compile 'eu.chargetime.ocpp:ocpp16j:2.0'
    compile 'eu.chargetime.ocpp:ocpp2:2.0'

I gave the downloaded packages a quick run, and they appear to work, so we can close this issue.
