Issue summary

The following tests have been updated in PR #2671 to point to the old gssmr runtime:
- TestChainProcessor_HandleBlockResponse_ValidChain
- TestChainProcessor_HandleBlockResponse_MissingBlocks
- TestChainProcessor_HandleBlockResponse_BlockData
- TestChainProcessor_ExecuteBlock
