Add chain constants?

This lib contains nice classes but may be more useful if it included constants that could easily be imported into other typescript projects.

If this makes sense I'm happy to submit pr for this.

yeah I think this makes total sense!

basically the CAIP-2 and CAIP-10 were implemented but it should include namespace-specific CAIPs that parse and format for each blockchain ecosystem
