Relationship to W3C CCG blink

This is just a note that some parallel or overlapping work might be going on in W3C CCG: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/blockchain-links.

I created a Github issue here: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/blockchain-links/issues/1 to raise awareness in W3C CCG and avoid duplicative work in either of these groups. Note, I'm not part of blockchain-links.
