The project is in fact dead. Maybe at some point it is forked by someone interested to continue the development.
This largely depends on the translation in Weblate, which can be tweaked by anyone.
@kylecorry31 yes, thats correct! I just checked the spanish translation and it has the same issues with prepositions reported by @naoliv
@er-pa the problem people face (me included) with the password field is they expect it to be a security measure while data is in transit in a **Client-to-Client** synchronization setting....
