Need way to more easily/quickly identify new comments/replies

It is currently difficult to find unread comments/replies, especially when they are deeply nested. Can a flag be added to indicate that a comment/reply is unread or contains a nested reply that is unread. A filter option (for unread/read, date last replied to, date originally posted, sender,...) would also be useful. Other options that could help are: searching, color by attribute, expand/collapse all (replies).

In addition, it would be helpful if the link in an OSF e-mail notification took you straight to the referenced comment/reply, not just to the project/component page.

Hi @JackS9 - thanks for the feedback! We're currently evaluating some alternative tools for commenting systems. This input is really valuable, and I'll share it with our Product team to keep in mind as we're comparing tools and features.
