Purpose

Fix the issue of gitlab addon files sorting by "date_modified"

Implemented GitlabFileSerializer with date_modified(source=‘modified) attribute for gitlab.

modified attribute reseting if new commit with corresponding file is added.

Any concerns/considerations/questions that development raised?
