reportlab 3.4.0 has a documented issue in MacOS Big Sur which has been fixed in version 3.5.56

The deprecated keyword macintosh broke reportlab install on MacOS Big Sur. https://groups.google.com/g/reportlab-users/c/4E0odEkk9pc

The later release is compatible.
