Ionic API, Detect Fake BTS

Hi, i want to make a Fake BTS Detector app, my first logic are simply

  1. When connected bts changed immediately (without phone movement) so it's maybe because a fake/illegal bts (it won't work when you don't have any sim card on your phone)
  2. i need a suggestion

I was testing it out and going to see if I could. Do.some report I'm my area. But alas the app slowed my phone right down at start up
