Support units of measurement

Bio-Formats 5.1 and the 2015-01 OME Data Model introduced support for units of measurements, e.g. the PhysicalSizeX attribute is no longer necessarily reporting the size in microns. Instead, an additional attribute is introduced for each existing measurement attribute, appending a Unit suffix (e.g. PhysicalSizeXUnit).

This change is not yet reflected in python-bioformats, making it currently very hard to access the units information.
