Cell Profiler 4.2.6 _ cellpose modules "“failed to load custom model”

I just performed a fresh intstall from source of CP4.2.6 and installed the plugins from GitHub - CellProfiler/CellProfiler-plugins: Community-contributed and experimental CellProfiler modules.

This all worked. The first issue was a java heap space error. The temporary solution is to set _JAVA_OPTIONS=-Xmx2g

The cellpose ‘bug’ is that when I use a custom model, I get a “failed to load custom model” error. image But the model seems to run fine. At least in testing, so I assume some sort of minor bug.

I just wanted to pass that along in case it is off relevance/help. There were 3 string errors in the command prompt, but i did not copy them and I am testing the pipeline.

RTX 4080 with 8 workers is phenomenally fast!!
