ScatterPlot: Lasso tool is missing

Previously, the UI for SCatterPlot looked like this, with the lasso tool as the 4th from the left. Now this tool is missing in 2.2.0: This tool is highly used for the QC cell painting workflow, so it would be great to get it back.
