Does it only load the requests on reloading the origin page?

@kpeckett The page was rewritten to be dynamic and logging of requests begins only after you open "Resource Viewer" page.

@tomasko126 could it be made a little clearer? I am still used o the old one which shows the requests loaded from the page.
