Description of the bug
Hi I've found a bug using the latest Nightly Piers Libreelec on my Rpi5.
When I try to resume a video. Any title. It ends up with a loading icon. Kodi becomes unresponsive. manually reboot Libreelec over SSH ia the only way out of it.
This issue don't occurs if I choose to play the same title from the beginning. It only shows up when resuming.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Open Netflix Addon on the latest Nightly Libreelec Piers
Try to resume viewing any title.
No vídeo appears. Screen is locked with a loading icon.
Only manually reboot over SSH seems to work in order to exit Kodi.
Here's the output of tail while Kodi screen was unresponsive:

I've updated inputstream.adaptive to. latest version on Kodi Piers 22.1.7 and this issue is still present.
I cannot resume a video using the Netflix Addon on Libreelec/Kodi Piers
Is there anyone else seeing this?
