Same issue. Extracting PDFs is completely broken on Windows if someone pip installs then tries to extract from PDF with either PDFminer or tesseract.
Anyone figure out how to control wheelSensitivity in Plotly Dash? This seems to be a popular request with the issue brought up in #41 and on the [forum](https://community.plotly.com/t/dash-cytoscape-how-to-control-the-scroll-wheel-sensitivity-to-zoom-in-out/41999) as well.
> With the new EFS and Fargate integration, this should at least be _possible_ now - whether you'd want the data dir effectively NFS mounted is another story alltogether though.......
